I would disconnect the outlet line from that pump
to see if it's pumping. If there's a strainer
in the tank it could be clogged with dirt and restricting the fuel flow too. Had that happen on a car with the electric pump in the tank. The sock over the pickup tube was full of rust and dirt. Replaced the pump and sock. Hal
