I come back to work on Monday and found out that one of our customers was killed last weekend when for some reason the combine head fell down on him while he was underneith. Harvest was going full bore up till the rain this week so everyone is in a hury. You may be in a hury but it only takes a couple seconds to drop a safety latch or shut the engine off when you have to be in the way of potential danger. I also read in our paper that an older ladie was rearended by an empty potato truck and put her in the hospital. So you need to keep your eyes open on the road as well. Hears to a safe and good harvest this year! JJK
