There is no oil in the water/water in the oil. It does however blow some liquid out of the muffler when you first start it, but it doesn"t smell sweet, and is sooty black. I rebuilt it one year ago with fire-crater pistons(145 psi/cylinder)and have retorqued the head gasket 4 times since. What am I missing? The cap holds presure, could it be holding too much? The thermostat is 6 months old, could it be bad and causing the block to cavitate?
