What Oil for H...Question on coolant

I searched and get a bunch of diffrent answers. What should I run in a tractor that my grandpa bought new and now its time to retire it and use it for show and ocasional auger use.

Also how should you flush the coolant if you cant get the engine plug out? Any recomendations on engine coolant to use?
