Farmall 350 Diesel ?

Just got my Farmall 350 diesel back from having the engine ovehauled. Runs very good but doesn"t start very easy. Had to put another fuel pump on it and it is from a Utility version. Didn"t realize they are slightly different with RPMs and such. Also haven"t installed new injectors yet but going to. After it runs for a while it doesn"t want to start at all, it hits but seems like the pump isn"t doing it"s job. Any insight? Greatly appreciated
