As others said, the final drive housing and the transmission housing are separate. The brake drun is on the shaft(the pinion shaft) that runs between those two housing. If oil is coming out of the brake drum housing, the shaft seals are bad(two of them on the shaft) and need to be replaced. Also, I've seen the transmission on these tractors way overfilled and that would contribute to leak problems. Level plug is on left hand side front of transmission housing behind the rod that works the brake on that side.
