Super A Secial more info

I have a Super A with the word "SPECIAL" cast on the engine block just above the two bolts that hold the oil pump to the block on what looks like a raised tag with screws. On the other side of the block is the letter "S" cast in the same fashion. The serial number on the seat bracket is 310127. The engine serial number is FAAM 311222. The part number cast into the block is 354898R1. If any one has any information as to what this means I would appreciate it. THANKS.
