YOur T/A linkages need to be adjusted. When the T/A is in the high side, the one-way sprags will not allow the t/a unit to "slack off" to allow your slider gears to work properly. The T/A needs to shift to the low side whenever the clutch pedal is fully depressed. If you'll notice, I'd be willing to bet that next time you have a hard time shifting gears, reach over and pull the T/A handle back and you'll be able to shift without any effort at all... BP856
