Perhaps the question is about the choke lever. The IH Cub carburetor has choke levers on both sides. The lever on the side toward the engine has a hole for the choke rod which the operator can reach from the seat of the tractor. The outside lever is for operation standing on the ground, such as when hand cranking. Also, when printing is done, the printers are not always familiar with the equipment for which they are printing instructions and manuals and sometimes a photographic image will be reversed.
