A cotton picker tractor is a tractor first, the cotton picker is added later. Without the 2nd transmission, etc, it would act the same as a Hi-clear Farmall MV, the main difference is that the MV has a wide front end. As to what it's worth -- probably not much as a collector tractor, as it is not original. It's worth the money to someone who wants something unusual, original or not.
