Farmall A or is it a B

I have what I thought was a Farmall B, but when we decided to do a little head work and give her a paint job, the serial tag says "A".

Now, I've seen Farmall A's and their discription. And my A doesn't fit.

It has centered steering like a C with the wide conversion for 66" row crops, with offset seating. Mechanical hand lifts for the cultivator bars.

So, I'm wondering if this is a local conversion that maybe a dealer had done for farmers.
