Well since i am the local GURU on the 06 seires tractors and i have had every nut and bolt out of them on many occasions one thing that is fact is that you can tow it from the east coast to the west and it will not tow start . since it is a 282 the first thing is to see if the glow plugs are working then to see if it is getting fuel . Now not to bring gloom and doom to your new toy it is not uncommon for them to have a cracked head or block now don't panic the head is fixable along with the block but you will have a total rebuild , i have fixed several of them and they are fine now i never turn up a 282 above 10% this is when ya get into trouble and they MUST have warm up time and cool down time or ya got the same problem . Now if ya get into it and ya need help just howler i can walk ya through the whole tractor .
