Can y'all tell me the original voltage of this tractor from the serial number? Or did IH produce 6 and 12 volt simultaniously in some years. It now has a 12 volt battery and alternator, but when I have looked for parts online my serial number matches up with generator brackets. There is a cut up generator bracket on the alternator now to squeze it under the hood. Thank you for always answering my dumb questions. PS --- What's up with the one peice hood and tank on the cubs. This is the first time that I removed it. Sure makes the C more fun to work on.
