Get a radiator pressurizer kit. Put the pressurizer on in place of the existing radiator cap. Take the oil pan off. Pump up the radiator to normal operating PSI. There should be antifreeze dripping from a cylinder or cylinders.

Chances are that you have a bad O-ring or O-rings, but you can't just assume that. Had a neighbor who did this and the test didn't show any leakage from the O-rings, but he still had water in the oil. Turned out to be a cracked block. I know this is unlikely, but if you don't determine for sure how its getting in the oil pan, you could do a lot of work and still have the same problem.
