Hal: Speaking of good stories. A man I was aquainted with some distance away was loosing gas from storage tank. He installed a lock. Heard a noise one night, went to the bedroom window, and in the moonlight he could see 3 guys trying to syphon gas from his relatively new Crown Victoria. He decided give them a good scare by firing a few rounds from his 300 Savage. His wife, alarmed he may do something he'd be sorry for, jumped out bed, triped and fell against her husband just as he fired the first round. Bullet went through trunk and gas tank on new Crown Vic. Luckily no one was hurt, no fire, and no one ever stole gas there again.
