Just thought of this. Maybe clutch is rusted a little so it won't stop spinning.If you can get tractor in a open area and it is an older model you can start in gear with clutch depressed try pushing brakes brakes when moving to get it to break free. Be ready to shut off engine if this does not work. This what i did one time few years ago after tractor sat all winter and the clutch still works fine.
