Joe: Do you know if the starter, start switch, battery and alternator are good? Were those items in the fire, or have they been replaced since fire? Number 1 would be, if you don"t already know, have those items checked. Have you looked at Bob M"s diagrams under articles here at YT. Compare those with your diagram. That could be helpful. If need be call on Bob himself. He is very good on these electrical problems.
