HELP! Nephew was digging in the dirt when, all of a sudden, the tractor would not move out of neutral. We looked a bit and found that he had broken the shifter linkage shaft that goes thruogh the tranny case. We have the top cover off and figured out what we have to do, but we can't get the broken piece out of the case. It has a smal gear that hooks it into a fork. Does the fork have to come off befor the shaft comes out or what?? Any help would be GREATLY appreiciated! Thanks!
