PTO clutch on a Model 100 IHC Cub Cadet

I'm re-assembling the front PTO clutch on my 1964 Cub Cadet Model 100. When installing the triangular spring piece, do the "fingers" point out (forward) or in (rearward). Also, what is the proper torque on the (3) nuts. Thank you.
