Do you have any voltage on the output side of the switch? No voltage, the switch may be defective. Check for voltage at the lights and at the ignition coil. You may have rusty connections or a broken wire. You need heavy battery cables too with a 6 volt battery and all connections nice and shiny including where you ground the battery. Hal
PS: If you have voltage at your lights, your bulbs may be blown.
