To handle the 13 gallons of oil, go to WalMart or Dollar General, etc and get one of those plastic Rubbermaid storage containers that will hold 15 gallons. I've been using the same one for this for 5 years and it has not leaked yet. Biggest problem is transferring the oil to 5 gallon cans for disposal. You can syphon it or get a cheap transfer pump designed for kerosine.
