Well if ya replaced the pump with a new one and it still does not lift then i would be checking releif pressure and also what size are the cylinders on the loader and what did it come off of . If the cylinders are large then it just could be running out of oil and you may need to add a littel and run over full . Put a gauge on it and let me know what ya got .
