73 horses if it's got the 263 gas, 76 if it's got the 291. Should be able to handle a 15-foot brush cutter, 10-foot for sure, just depends on how tall/thick your pastures are. Check to see what they mean by no 3-point, see if it's got a fast-hitch, or no rockshaft at all. Quite a few of these tractors came from the factory with no rockshaft, you can add one using factory parts from a salvage yard, but it's not a job for the novice mechanic. A 706 is too much tractor for any loader off of an 8n.
