Can you trace the wire from the s terminal bck to the switch? There should be voltage on this wire when you turn the key to crank and when the key is released there should be voltage to your ignition. When the key is in the off position it kills the voltage to your ignition and this what happens when stopping the engine. Check for voltage at the switch to see if it has voltage from the solenoid. That hot wire may be broken somewhere that's coming off the solenoid. Can you touch that terminal with your volt meter to see if it has voltage. If the battery cable has voltage at the starter, you should have it on that small terminal. Make sure your tractor is out of gear and with the brakes set. Take a screwdriver and put it across those small terminals on the solenoid and see if the engine cranks. Be careful doing this. This will tell you if that terminal has voltage. Hal
