I"m finally getting back to my A project after a several year hiatus and have a question. I took all the internals from a newer baler engine and installed in my original block and I can"t for the life of me remember if I also used the generator and starter from the baler. I"m assuming that the baler would be a 6 volt negative ground system but not sure.... I also used the distributor style ignition from the baler as well and I"m not sure of the coil voltage. I"ve had the tractor running using a 12 volt battery to the ignition and starter just long enough to make sure it ran, but that"s been a while ago. My generator number is 1100501 4K14 The starter number is 1107021 52166 I find no numbers on the coil just an IHC logo. Any help would be appreciated Thanks, Daniel
