Howdy I got carried away and didn't finish my oil leak story. I did not pull the oil pan again as I knew that I had checked and double checked everything (with a magnifing glass) and cleaned and straightened pan and block. The only thing I was not 100% sure of was those long bolts. I had put them at the rear of the pan, where I had removed them from. Thinking that maybe for some odd reason the long bolts might belong at the oil leak location I tried an experiment and pulled out the 2 bolts at left front of the pan, cleaned em up with choke cleaner, as well as thw bolt holes, gobbed em up with Permatex and Presto no leak. Sometimes I tend to over think things and having seen the same leak at the same location on other M's and being confused about long bolt location, blah, blah, blah. A good manual would have come in handy. I just hate it when I have to use my brain. I only have about 15 more leaks to take care of, step 1 will be asking for advice BEFORE I start. Thanks guys.
