12 volt convertion is pretty easy to do. you need a delco 10si alternator and then a battery and just put it on and wire it up. You can also jump start it with 12 volts but never hook a 12 volt battery up to a 6 volt battery or you may have some thing go bang. If you do jump it go right to the starter and to ground but never to battery to battery.
