All my sparkplug sockets failed to get down into the plug wells deep enough to grip them. Finally I found a socket that had a thin enough wall to get in there. However, one of the four plugs apparently was installed without the washer, and thus was set a tad deeper into the well....and I can't get my socket to get a grip on it. Is there a specific tool that seems to solve this problem?
