Hi , I need to pull it out anyway someday as it's got water in it . It's outside freezing right now so hopefully the oil I pumped out of it the other day took most of the water with it . I don't think it was the pipe fitting ( I hope ) because I tightened it with a pipe wrench . I didn't put pipe dope on it though . I really don't know . I don't think there is a plate on the bottom of it . I can see up in front of the pump where the coupling is . If I remove the pump to rebuild it can the tractor be used without it ? Thanks ....Randy
