I don't think too much about how much a
tractor will cost to restore vs. how much I can
buy a restored one for. I get a lot of
satisfaction out of 1) saving an old tractor from
scrap, etc., and 2) having done it myself.

I'd say go for it and take lots of pictures
throughout the project. The fun of restoring
and admiring these things is what it's all
about!
