Help Again

I had to take the belt pulley shaft out and replace the oil seal on a Farmall H. When I took the 3 bolts out that hold the shaft in, I would guess that a pint of water ran out? Wow!! That much condensation? Anyway, my question is:(The repair manual I have doesn't say) What type and how much fluid goes back in? I'm guessing a heavy gear lube would be okay, but how much? Thanks again for your help...
