Well since it is bone dry my guess at this point is that the pump ft. seal is out and dumped it into the oil pan Soooooo i guess that just to conferm what i think i would fill it with Hy Trans and see if what i say is true , first check and see where the engine oil level is then fill the hdy. and run it if the engine oil goes up and the hdy. goes down well then yopu can try a new ft seal and maybe if you are real lucky it will hold if your luck runs like mine get a new pump. And all will be well in Whoville.
