Install an external tank heater. Does the job well. Drain the coolant from the engine block and plumb it in. ( Run a hose from the cylinder head(temp gage port) to the heater, and then to the engine block drain plug behind the carburator.) I did this in -10 below weather last year to my dad"s H...took about 20 minutes to get it all set up. Now that darn tractor will start at -20 below... and I need a cab to keep warm!
