Here's a puller using a hydraulic jack. It was designed for a Cub, but measuring the pulley hub and the diameter of the pulley you can make one or have it made. You need to use a split bearing separator behind the pulley for the puller to press against so it doesn't break your pulley. Some heat will help too. Make sure there's no set screws that need to be removed. I don't think there is any and the pulley is a pressed fit. Most metal shops can now punch 3/4 stock with 13/16" holes for the allthread.
