Gene I put a new starter switch in, rocked tractor in 3rd gear, unbolted starter and jiggled, etc. Still no cranking it. Could it be a bad igniton switch, coil, etc? should i proceed with re-wiring completely? would the volatge regulator be the problem. I think original is still on tractor although it started fine before I started tinkering with something as simple as repalcing the cables. Thanks for your help!
