Joe: A fridge is a must, you've got to think of your guests. Keep the seating simple, you don't want it too comfortable. I like 20L or 5 gal pails, they don't take up lot of space, serve the purpose, yet none of your guests will get the idea this is an afternoon drinking establishment.
