Joe, I bet I went to school with some of your relatives from New Albin. Anyway, I have worked on the IH letter series tractors for about 25 years now and you have mentioned almost everything I would have in my ideal shop. The only thing I would recommend is make sure you have at least a 10 foot ceiling and a steel pole or beam in the rafters so you can hook a chain hoist to it for pulling transmission covers and splitting tractors. I always power washed my tractors outside. As you know, that won't work during our winters though.
