cab insulation on 1466

Hello,
I was wanting to get you alls opinion on cab insulation on a 1466 cab. I have a '72 1466 with an IH cab. It is the kind with the doors that are beveled, not flat like most of them were. Anyway all the insulation is gone from inside the cab. Was wondering if replacing it with new would make much difference on the noise level, would it be worth the money. Thanks for your thoughts. YC
