Hydraulics and trans fluid (both use the transmission housing as a reservoir) are usually neglected, meaning water -- drain it out and replace, preferably more than once, replace the filter. If it has had a loader on it the front end is likely severly worn. The torque amplifier may or may not work. Pto may have bad clutches or need adjustment (I have not messed with mine). You need power steering, don't know if it was standard or not, most likely had it. Otherwise, the typical problems any 40+ year old tractor is likely to have. Most 460U's were the usual utility tractor but there were also Hi-Utility, wheatland, and grove models. About 11400 produced, including all models.
