24693D idle outlet plug. It is an easy check to see if yours is too long. Does it idle ok 450 rpm's? If no, take carb apart. Take idle outlet plug out. Flip carb over, hold finger over idle outlet plug hole and spray carb cleaner through the little hole on the bottom of the top half of the carb. It should come out in the slit near the butterfly. If it does, put plug back in. Spray again and it should come out in the same place. If not, it is too long.
