Good question. I have an all fuel carb also, and there are two different kits for H carbs. I get the one for the 45108 DD carb and have not had anymore than self inflicted problems. The parts book does show three metering nozzles (one for gas carbs 50981 D and DA only). Everyone has to be running gas these days, so I'm not sure why they bother. Which screw/plug in the top half do you mean ? It looks like there were two idle passage plugs (24693 D and 352444 R1), but they were used in both carbs.
