Eureka!I spoke with someone at Owasso Tractor and when I told him what it was doing he told me exactly what the problem is. In the carb there are two small holes in the lower body that should go all the way through to a diagonal hole where the jet screws in. I got one of them to go all the way through but I wasn"t sure if the other was supposed to so I didn"t press the issue. Both are supposed to and he reccommended using a tiny drill bit between your finers to clean it out. First a small to break through then a larger bit to really clean it out. I"ll let you know in a couple days. thanks for the help.
