The C doesn't have a cover, you will have to look up from the bottom, and I am not positive that you can see it then, but I bet a lifter is stuck, you may be able to free it from the to by tapping on the pushrod, but don't get too carried away. Make sure the pushrod is seated on the lifter correctly first.
