Farmall M hydraulic plumbing

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas! I have a 1948 Farmall M with a liftall belly pump (orignal plumbing setup, no christmas tree valve. I have a front end loader with one way cylinders, and recently added a three point hitch with two way cylinders. Can I use a two spool hydraulic valve to control both one way and two way cylinders? Or do I need a single spool valve plumbed to the one way cylinders and a seperate single spool valve plumbed to the two way cylinders? I assume if I plumb the three point hitch as one way, I could use a two spool valve to control the FOL and the 3 pt hitch. Is that correct? Dan
