International 4100

May be a bit premature in asking since haven't seen it yet,but a friend has asked me to take a look at his 4100.Says it has a small fuel leak on the pump.It won't run at idle,only 1500 rpm and above.Have to prime it each time before it will start,so it sounds like the leak is causing it to lose prime.Now I have rebuilt so many Roosa Master,I can literally do it in the dark,but I have never touched an old IHC fuel system.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,bob
