Hi Jim, there is a control valve at the front of the seat that controls the hydraulic oil flow to the 3pt hitch system(open) or to a remote outlet at the rear of the tractor(closed). The control valve is at your right hand when you sit on the seat. The other control valve at your left hand controls the flow rate of the hydraulic oil, pushed in and turned 1/4 is 2.5 gal/min and out is 5 gal/min.
