I have an H that was parked under a tree for more then 25 years. It now runs good and it was locked up. I filled the cylinders with tranny fluid and then after a day or 2 hooked a battery up to it 12 volts but didn't hook up ignition wires to it. I would just do quick taps on the starter buttons and it popped loose. It did have one or 2 stuck valves and I pulled the valve cover and worked them and poured tranny fluid on them and they popped loose. If you want a good running H that need to be restored its for sale.
