I can only speak to the 560 diesel we used to have. It was a great tractor for mowing and baling, planting etc. We didn't use it for heavy tillage too much since we had bigger tractors. Guess your decision should be based on how much HP you may need. We had more than we needed for the lighter work and the diesel would purr all day long and I'm not sure we even had to refuel until the end of the day. However, the diesel is horrible to start if it gets below 30-40 degrees. And it is not real handy to get on and off of it.
