Fred: The flywheel will be different as the 340 will be set up for IPTO. The 240 flywheel may bolt right up to that crank. You may also have to check out pilot bearing. Not saying it can't be done, just take a look at those items. Had the C-135 come from a 404, it would bolt right up as both it and 240 have transmission driven pto.
