Riverbend, thanks for the questions and suggestions. I realize an answer would require a lot of background to be fairly answered and a little astray of the forum. I won't be living on the property for a couple of years but will spend time there. I am just anxiously sitting here in the city planning for spring and beyond. I will ask a neighbor there who farmed it once for his thoughts.
